All users who have a personal login are billed. For billing purposes, no distinction is made as to whether a user is involved in the development of the application or is only a user of the finished application.

You can create an unlimited number of applications with GAPTEQ. Only the number of users is relevant for billing.

Cloud or on-premise?
GAPTEQCloud is the right choice if you want a cloud-based solution or do not have your own infrastructure available.
The on-premise variant is right for you if GAPTEQ is to be operated in your own infrastructure or if you need self-sufficient operation for a security-critical network.

Annual or monthly billing?
With annual billing, you pay a fixed number of users for the 12-month term in advance, although you can increase the number of users at any time during the term. Annual billing is a prerequisite for self-sufficient operation without a permanent Internet connection.
Do you have fluctuating user numbers? Then monthly billing is right for you. Only the number of users activated in the month in question will be billed each month - giving you maximum flexibility.
