Depending on the desired solution and your current level of knowledge, we start with a brief introduction to GAPTEQ and you receive an overview of the GAPTEQ components relevant to you. We then discuss the intended deployment scenario, the planned database structure, a possible deployment infrastructure and the authorisation concept.

Application setup & configuration

Ideally, we work in blocks of 1-2 hours. After a coaching session, you continue working on your application independently until the next appointment. If any questions or challenges arise in the meantime, your coach will be there to support you with tips and advice. We will accompany you for as long as you need us - until you feel confident in the application or your application is completed.

Frequently asked questions

How long does GAPTEQ coaching take?

The duration of the GAPTEQ coaching is customised. It depends on your level of knowledge and your use case. We accompany you for as long as you need us. Either until you are fit enough or your application is ready. If required, we can also support you in the further development or customisation of your application.

How do the coaching appointments work?

The coaching takes place remotely (usually via Microsoft Teams) with a maximum of 2 participants from your side. Ideally, you will have prepared your questions or challenges so that we can discuss possible solutions directly or implement them together. A coaching session usually lasts one to two hours.

Will my contact person always be the same?

You will have a fixed contact person, your personal GAPTEQ coach, who will accompany you during the coaching programme.

How does billing for GAPTEQ coaching work?

You will receive an offer from us. We recommend a contingent of 1-2 days to start with. As soon as the contingent has been ordered, you can start directly with your coach and arrange appointments. You will be billed on a monthly basis for the quarter of an hour after the service has been provided.
