GAPTEQ Assist can be freely configured, takes on defined roles, delivers results in the desired format and thus increases the quality and efficiency of your processes.
Only the information that you explicitly release for GAPTEQ Assist is processed. The requests themselves are forwarded 1:1 to the server of the linked AI service and processed there. GAPTEQ itself does not process or store any data. For a better user experience, the last five AI chat prompts entered are saved in the browser cache for each user.
Yes, GAPTEQ Assist can be used in several languages and is therefore also suitable for companies that work with multilingual employees.
No, GAPTEQ Assist is an integrated feature of our low-code platform and is available to all GAPTEQ BUSINESS customers (from version 4.5) free of charge. An account with OpenAI, Microsoft Azure Open AI, DeepSeek or Google Gemini is required for use. This may incur costs that are not covered by GAPTEQ.
GAPTEQ Assist is included in the GAPTEQ TEST version and you can try out your personal AI assistant there. For GAPTEQ BUSINESS customers, GAPTEQ Assist is available from version 4.5 and can be used free of charge as part of the subscription.
